Pregnancy Testing
If you suspect you’re pregnant, come to Care Net Pregnancy Center of Houston for a no-cost pregnancy test. The tests offered by our center are medical-grade urine tests administered by one of our licensed medical professionals and can detect pregnancy as early as 7-10 days after conception.
Abortion Education
You deserve to know the facts and be fully informed before booking an appointment at a clinic that provides abortion services. During your pregnancy test appointment, our staff will educate you and answer any questions you have, especially regarding the latest restrictions on abortion in Texas. One-on-One Nurse Consultations
Each of our three conveniently located centers are staffed with a team of registered nurses who are available to meet with you to discuss your medical concerns related to your pregnancy as well as answer any questions you may have about abortion options.
Ultrasound
An ultrasound scan will provide you with the additional information you need about your pregnancy. How far along are you? Do you have a viable intra-uterine pregnancy? Many women are surprised to learn that their pregnancy began on a different date than they thought! We offer limited obstetrical ultrasounds up to 16 weeks to qualified clients. A positive pregnancy test performed at one of our three Care Net-Houston locations is required before an ultrasound can be scheduled.
After-Abortion Care
If you have been affected by abortion and are struggling, we offer confidential, safe, and non-judgmental support groups for women needing help after an abortion. Getting help can give you the practical and emotional tools you need. We’re here to provide support and care.
Referrals
During your initial appointment, you may also receive referrals to other organizations and agencies to help you with other concerns and needs. We partner with many others in the community to provide a wide range of services for women experiencing unexpected pregnancies.
